This Manually Operated, Portable Drum Lifter/Rotator & Transporter II features a hand pump that lifts the drums from ground level. The hand crank gear mechanism provides controlled rotation of the drum. A floor lock stabilizes the unit in a fixed position. It is designed for use with steel and fiber drums. This unit features an on-board charger.
