SHIPPING:

• In stock products, and manufacturer drop ship products generally ships within 1-3 business days of order receipt.

• Transit times displayed on the shopping cart page begin once the order is processed, shipped, and is in the possession of the shiipping provider.

• If you need to make any changes to your order, including cancellation prior to shipping, please contact customer care via the form above.

• If your order is running late, or if you believe that your order should have arrived within a particular timeframe but has not, please contact us via the customer care form above.

• Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability, or shipping origin. If you received a partial order, and are not sure of the whereabouts of the remainder of your order, please use the customer care form above.

• Shipping providers selected by the customer at the time of checkout may differ from the actual shipper at delivery.

• Some back ordered merchandise can take up to 30 days or more to ship. Most backorder products will show as "Back Order" on the product detail page.

• Custom manufactured or custom printed products can take up to 30 days to receive. A general time frame will be provided upon processing of the order, if not prior to receiving the order.or product

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Merchandise may be returned if it arrives damaged, or is not the merchandise that was ordered e.g. an incorrect sku or product number.

• Please request a "Return Label" from Customer Service in order to initiate a return. Once the merchandise is received, payment will be refunded. For more information, contact Customer Service. 

• If an order is canceled by the customer after the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Canceling an order after shipping may negate any shipping discounts or free shipping received when placing the order.

• Large products that are unable to ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx are shipped via freight. USA Fleet Supply is unable to refund any shipping charges incurred by freight companies in any circumstance. A freight company is any shipping company other than USPS, UPS or FedEx.

• Manufactured Per Order Products are non-refundable once production begins on the product(s). Manufactured per order product orders are generally begin production within 24 hours or order receipt. If you are unsure if your product is manufactured per order, please inquie within prior to ordering. A return request can be issued for manufactured per order items, if the item does not meet the pre-specified specs displayed on our website. Shipping and/or freight costs for the original shipments of these items is non-refundable.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS:

• Customized products, Personalized products, and Custom manufactured orders are non-refundable once the order has been processed. All Custom printed or Personalized products are submitted to the customer for approval prior to printing or shipping. The customer will receive a Proof either via email or via USPS mail. Once the Proof is approved by the customer, a non-refundable template may be required for the product(s) which can be used for additional purchases of the same product. If a Custom or Personalized product arrives damaged, a refund may be issued for the damaged merchandise, or an exchange may occur.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE!

• We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. This free shipping offer does not apply to large products, heavy products, or large quantities of products. These products have a substantial shipping weight or size volume, causing the shipping cost to exceed our profit margin, negating our free shipping offer. Most products that do not qualify for our free standard shipping offer are noted "Free Shipping exempt due to product size and/or weight" or "This item does not qualify for our free shipping offer..."on the product detail page.

  We offer an affiliate program for companies interested in reselling our products. This program pays 5% commission on all sales.
