The new cast head design of this RAM 30K Gooseneck Coupler features a one-piece coupler casting with a curved internal ball clamp bar. The one-piece coupler casting allows for greater strength and better precision fit. The curved internal ball clamp bar secures the coupler to the hitch ball.  This also allows for easier coupling & uncoupling as it doesn't have a separate bottom plate. It also has a hidden spring latch mechanism within the casting for ease of use and protection of moving parts.

This round gooseneck coupler fits a 2-5/16" ball and includes the inner and outer tube, 2 set screws and pins, all to ensure a perfect, secure hookup. the inner tube is adjustable so that you can match the coupler height to the application. The outer tube welds onto the trailer and the inner tube slides up or down for proper positioning.
